Beech grilling charcoal is particularly suitable for smaller quantities with a shorter grilling time. For long, slow grilling and/or larger portions are placed on the grill, we recommend that you use GRiLLiS.
GRiLLiS are high-quality beech BBQ charcoal briquettes, which even exceed the DIN standard’s requirements.
Manufactured from charcoal pieces smaller than 2 cm, GRiLLiS – mixed with food grade starch – are processed to form BBQ charcoal briquettes. These beech BBQ charcoal briquettes are burned at 80° Celsius for 3 hours, which is what gives them their strength.
GRiLLiS develop very hot embers and burn uniformly for hours. They are particularly suitable for long grilling evenings.
